1.4 I would actually be involved in day-to-day work that the tellers do, not come back to our area a couple of times a day and try to tell everyone what they're doing wrong. That is to say if we see her at all.

1.8 This workplace it just like any other deep south organization. Micromanagement, inferior training, severe racial separation and undermining. Poor work environment. Network Administrator is expected to work out of a corner in a cubicle with molded tiles overhead, constant distractions and then is expected to effectively manage a network which consists of five branches, 20 servers, 50 workstation, voip system, disaster recovery, all peripherals, etc.
