"This workplace it just like any other deep south organization. Micromanagement, inferior training, severe racial separation and undermining. Poor work environment. Network Administrator is expected to work out of a corner in a cubicle with molded tiles overhead, constant distractions and then is expected to effectively manage a network which consists of five branches, 20 servers, 50 workstation, voip system, disaster recovery, all peripherals, etc."

What do you like about working at Parkway Bank?

"Two weeks of vacation, forty hours of sick leave. Other than that, nothing."

"If you want a job that is the same thing everyday, go for it. If you want a job that is challenging and different, keep walking."

What don't you like about working at Parkway Bank?

"The leadership is inefficient and micromanaging. None of the entry-level employees have any direction because all of the leadership's direction (on the rare occasion that there is direction) is contradicted by other members of management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would actually be involved in day-to-day work that the tellers do, not come back to our area a couple of times a day and try to tell everyone what they're doing wrong. That is to say if we see her at all."

"good people, I got promoted twice"

"I was working in the bank as Accounting clerk II and in order to get promoted I had to wait their for someone to leave."

"nothing, I think the management was good and fair"
