"If I could suggest anything for the management team, it would be to have fun!! Its important that the work environment is an enjoyable one and that the staff have a great example to look to when things get a little stressful."

"The management has turned too much toward clip board management and systems, losing its focus on its internal guests. As a result floor managers are not as strong as they used to be, and service levels are dropping."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Realize that systems are run by people. You can either stand over a person and make them follow the systems or teach and inspire them to do the system right. Then you merely follow up, and can focus on the bigger picture. Develop managers with people skills and teach them how to lead."
