"Good opportunity to be involved in the wireless space, and develop and launch global wireless products."

What don't you like about working at Panasonic?

"The management in Japan was in total chaos most of the time. They never really seemed to grasp their lack of capability in software, nor how different the wireless market was outside of Japan. They are now on a strategy to something that the world knows that they can never execute (but Panasonic still doesn't know) (i.e. porting AV technologies from linux-based consumer electronics products to wireless products--or, going from one big ball of string to another."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get out of this segment."

What do you like about working at Panasonic?

"Professionalism and hard working environment, lot of work and great benefits. Excellent support from the engineering team when needed. In general was a great place to go and work."

"Be prepare to work hard, really hard."

What don't you like about working at Panasonic?

"I left because I could not expand my engineering design career goals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Great management, I have no suggestions, and understand the pressure they have to accomplish the task on timely manners. There is not delay projects, they most be finish by the due date, car industry demand this."

"I enjoyed working at Panasonic Customer Call Center, however, this position was through a co-op opportunity through my high school and ended upon graduation."

"This was a very nice job ... about 5 years ago. Most recently new management eliminated all the employees, replacing the team."

"I would not consider this a viable company, it is in constant turmoil with layoffs and reorganizations."

"This company now treats employees like the enemy, there is little job satisfaction."

"Management should try and remember what the company was like 5 or so years ago. It's been completely destroyed, and apparently this is not helping business, as they report loss after loss."
