"Get in at as high a level as you can. Management is threatened by intelligence and will not promote if you appear smart. Negotiate a high salary up front because you will only get 2-3% per year."

"There are no guidelines for the job, and training is lacking. You are left to your own devices to figure out a process, but long after implementation, management says it is wrong without ever guiding with the correct way."

"Don't interview at Panasonic unless the company reverses its losses and is able to compete in the CE market. Right now there is little or no support."

"Company was in chaos; company had not made a profit in 5 years and suffered a 10 billion dollar loss. It was a company going down quickly as it could not compete. I felt helpless to control my work life as the response level from HQ was zero."

"I wish the company would be more open to ideas and suggestions from salespeople in the field."
