"Unfortunately, I cannot provide in all honesty my most recent experience with the company. However, the experience was great during the time when the design group was still in the U.S."

"The company is in the process of reinvention. Moving into other product categories that are more profitable. This will take time and investment as well as internal direction improvements. Leadership needs improvement. Factory needs to be willing to produce products for the US market with right technology at the right price."

"Low morale and over worked. There are so many people holding you under their own titles that no one gets to move forward. There is no training structure and all of the departments work separate from one another causing redundant work. There is no support from the main company to the automotive division. Though they are highly visible to all employees. I feel that there could be so much success to be gained by adding structure and uniformity within the processes."

"I've worked for Panasonic since 2007. Great people at this company, yet very unstable. Little to no room for growth, many reorganizations and layoffs that follow. Seems Japan has little understanding of US marketplace and makes very poor, reactive business decisions. Same actions over and over and same sinking results. Positions often filled with outside candidates, little internal promotion."
