"Sam's Club has allowed me the freedom to take care of family matters when needed and given me the support to do my job when there. During all the years that I have worked there I have looked forward to going to work each day."

"No sales training. I was discriminated against because I had breast cancer. I should have sued the company. management was useless. the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for."

"Get new management in there. There is nothing but trash working there. if you want to succeed there, politics is everything no matter how good of an employee you are."

"Initially, there was a team-spirit. It didn't take long for that to change though."

"This company looks good on paper and will promise you the moon, however, once onboard, the balls stops rolling."

"There was a total lack of training / mentoring. The sales department was not a team...Relationship's existed with the environment that were nepotistic and set-up new sales person's for inevitable failure."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not depend on employees to do your new hire training. There is an underlying conflict of interest that exists that completely undermines the success of new hires...There was a lack of information disclosure and support for the technical aspect of the job. Do not throw in with the employees...friendships in the office place are great, however, there are ethical boundaries."
