"Overall I love working at OrangeSoda. Great co-workers, great environment. There are some changes I am unsure about at this point, but that will play itself out. The only negative I've ever had is the compensation, but that has improved over the years. I hear it will continue to improve. But I don't have any other negatives about OrangeSoda."

"Do some research about the company before the interview. The name can be misleading. They are a Search Engine Marketing company."

"The name of the company isn't self explanitory of what they company does. Most people thought that they make Orange Soda, but they don't they help businesses with showing up high in searches on the internet."

"Keep up the environment and keeping the employees happy so that they'll want to keep working there or get their friends to work there too."
