"Not sure where to start. Decisions on staffing and the bold lies about the future are top on my list."

"Quit worrying about saving your skin and concentrate on providing excellent service to your customers."

"Work closely with creative people to faster decision and implementation. I really enjoy helping people, and when I see the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life, I take the initiative."

"Seek for someone who fixes processes, not people. This has been the most effective leadership concept in my career. I have been trying to change people (including my bosses) but I found out that the only person I can change is myself. You cannot expect to be successful at changing people behavior, but you can change the process, remove obstacles and come up with the best acceptable processes that people will commit to."
What don't you like about working at Oracle?
"Working with people who are not motivated and dedicated or easily distracted from the big picture."

"Create a culture of trust, and empower the teams. Obviously to succeed with a culture of trust, you have to give ownership by empowering your teams to get results. Doing so increases productivity and motivation. Let the team decide how they will deliver the expected results. They have ownership and hence are accountable (Agile and Iterative Product Development advocate)."

"The majority of the staff was ninety percent women, very few men in the office I was located."

"Hire a more diverse work force, staffing up with an equal male to female ratio is always nice."

"I had to work under five different people, for five different projects. If I was working on task A one moment, another mentor would ask me to work on their project immediately as it was high priority."

"Better communication among employees and better scheduling of work for interns."

"Compensation is not very good. It is very low compared to market standards. Career growth is very slow."
