"Multinational company with very good facilities and resources that help you get your job done. Oracle's internal policies are crystal clear and easy to adapt to different circumstances."
"It is great working for Oracle."
"There's a lot to be said for working for a large, stable company with a broad portfolio of products. Not least among the pluses is a large population of highly skilled colleagues. However, all of the negatives of a big company are also in full effect - over-emphasis on process and procedures being high on the list, followed by a surprising lack of coordination between product pillars."
"Excellent company, excellent management, excellent team, excellent products."

"A very structured and rigid corporation. They legally cross their T's and dot their I's. However they seem to export a lot of their operations overseas. They deal with Tier 1 organizations and love to bash the competition IBM SAP Salesforce at every conference. To me it comes off as childish behavior. They have a history of acquiring organizations and dissecting them to leverage existing relationships and internal sales to push their package of software. Not much is left from the companies they acquire. They dismantle the culture and infrastructure. To me they are as un-American as they come. No offense the culture is just not my cup of tea. Their founder and former CEO bought Hawaii Airlines and they haven't made a profit since he was onboard. In addition he gave all the pilots a Xmas bonus and then required them to pay it back. He said they released the funds by mistake and that they may be eligible to receive the bonus back in 2015. That is what you will encounter with Oracle."
"I've been working for Oracle almost for 2 years as a Linux Support Engineer. It is a great company, but salary is not so good as it should be."
"Oracle is a steady company with innovative products. Given the size of the company the culture is different from a start-up. But at the same time there is ample opportunity to learn and contribute."
"Oracle Corporation is a very good organization to work with. Pretty good environment to work with. Only compensation needs to be better."
"I have worked for Oracle Corporation for almost 1 year. Exposure to Global Level Environment has been excellent."
"Since 1995 Oracle has changed dramatically; always challenging but current transition to incorporate hardware as platform for software services is major disruption for organization."
"Most recent Oracle experience has been leading top capital markets with innovative software solutions; ERP, CRM, Business Analytics, Big Data, Product Development, Cloud/SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, AML, Fraud, Compliance, Support and Education, accelerating executive relationships & growth."
"Excellent company to work and get expertise in Oracle technology."
"I have been with company for just about 3 years now, have experienced many things that are both positive and negative. When I first started the training program was not sufficient for oneself to feel comfortable with a new product but since then they have adapted a new program developed for success. My direct supervisors/manager do what they can to help the team succeed, but they have favorites who get what they want. Also the organization or hierarchy of upper management treats the support team as if they are second rate citizens. They expect employees to be present at the job regardless of inclement weather or natural disasters. Also many agents have been rejected from moving up within the company due to the needs of the helpdesk."
