"Cutting edge technologies and outstanding colleagues"
"Excellent training program to help you become a product expert and get you up to speed on what you want to accomplish from day one. Oracle has the tools to help you become successful, but you need to be self sufficient because management is not very helpful in my specific organization based off the ratio between number of managers and number of representatives they manage"
"Oralce is a good company. Still behind in the cloud industry but I think it will catch up someday."
"I have worked in 5 cloud start-ups successfully since 2004."
"Good Company. Trying to keep up with competitors."
"Oracle is a great company to work for if you're looking for stability in your career. There are many perks (the types that large companies can provide) if you are near a main office (gyms, fitness classes, cafeterias, community involvement, great benefits). There is a lot of bureaucracy and rigid processes but that is to be expected at a company of its size. Oracle is a great place to work and retire from. I left because I'm looking for a little adventure."
"Great company! I enjoy work on the RBGU unit!"
"Exciting work, cutting-edge technology, good people to work with."
"I have found the work environment to be very good. The job I currently have is not what I expected though."
"Global, powerful, fast paced dynamic with lots of growth potential"
"Oracle has proven to be a great first job coming out of college. I have gained a lot of insight into the rapidly changing world of cloud technologies along with exposure to a plethora of different industries all with different business strategies and means of operations. Nonetheless, career growth can plateau at a point with one's hard work not always being the most recognized."
"I worked at Oracle Netsuite for over 2 years and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot and they gave me a ton of professional experience."
"I have worked for Oracle Corporation since June of 2017 and I am a highly motivated self-starter. During my time at Oracle, I have worked with companies of all sizes, ranging from Farmers Cooperatives to large healthcare giants like McKesson. My goal is to be a part of an organization that values its customers and is always looking to innovate."
"Unhealthy work environment."
"The only good thing about this company is my colleagues. I work with a great team. Otherwise, the company doesn't pay well, does not offer any perks and very few vacation days."
