"The money was good. I loved working for two of my managers, Kevin Brady, and Bob Flanagan. They understood the business, drove you to success, and compensated you appropriately. There was reward and encouragement from those two directors."

"Avaya was very unstable for job security. Those that were not FMP'd were often required 60+ hours a week. Benefits continued to deteriorate with job security."

"In spite of deteriorating conditions, keep employee morale and show appreciation for hard work."

"I didn't use the health benefits because my husband is in the military and we have them already. Assurant gave you $24 a paycheck back for not using their medical. Awesome!"
