"NO. If they hired anybody it would be me (Back)."

"Nothing. We had over 30 people working for us at one point. At the end it was just me and the owner. Economy forced him to lay me off and take over everything."

"It is a nice name to put on your resume, but do not expect to be highly paid - unless you are a financial rep and make $2 million a year in sales; then you are okay."

"the ability to work with professional individuals and getting any kind of most recent information on new codes, new technology & development and very efficient on documentation's accuracy and ability to help anyone solve problems."

"AlliedBarton is better than many other security companies in the field but not all."
What do you like about working at AlliedBarton Security Services?
"I am an Operations Manager. I have my own book of business. As long as I take care of my employees and clients and make sure my numbers are in line it's pretty much like running my own business. I don't have to sit in an office 8 hours per day. It's part computer/administrative work and part out in the field visiting my employees at the client's sites."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It depends on what position they are applying for because it would determine who becomes their manager. I know I treated all my employees equally and fairly and always kept in mind that there are three sides to every story."

"A lot of decisions in upper management tend to be politically based. You have to be aware of this and play the game."

"Treat everyone the same and don't play favorites."
