"It was very demanding, but the pay and benefits are exceptional. There were tremendous promotion opportunities when I worked at UPS."
What do you like about working at UPS?
"Every day was a challenge. They allowed you to be innovative within the guidelines of providing service to the customer. They really stressed safety in everything they did."

"It is very much like the military - very conservative, short hair, look sharp, not dressy. Give short, precise answers and never blow smoke."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"There was a great deal of conflict between home life and work, with very long hours--the job always came first."

"When starting at Flag there was no micro-management. I was left to my own devices to sink or swim but had all the support needed to succeed."

"Get a signed contract for the position you are hired for."
What don't you like about working at Reliance Globalcom?
"I was laid off 4 years after hiring. Flag was bought by a India based company, Reliance. Reliance started replacing the middle management in Europe with their own employees and continued replacing management in the US and Asia. I believe that I was replaced because of the salary I was paid. I of course cannot prove this but the person that replaced me was making $20k less."

"Keep the people that can do the job and pay them a salary that the position demands."

"They will never pay for a good employee that knows what they are doing, because they feel that they are the best at wehat they do and nobody could do it better. They need need help in upper management."

"The Management was bad, and they never listen to their employee's. They would only take advise from their family members."

"Stop Micro Managing, and allow your employees to do their job, and allow the company to succeed."

"The job status is not secure, with constant relocation. Employment ended due to relocation. I would like to still be there."
