District Managers and Regional VP's are clueless to everyday store operations. Little care is spent on customer satisfaction, it's all about the most profit made with the least amount of money invested."

"Realize that middle management and lower personnel have lives and family that are more important than the company. Slavery and indentured servitude was abolished generations ago in this country."
