"For sure, I disliked the stereotypical old school management, from the district manager on up. There was lots of dead weight up there! They could trim 20% of his upper management starting with Hoffman Estates and never miss a beat... word. Listen to your local market and store staff managers. They know their markets."

"Start with an early retirement package for the old wood. They're standing in the way of the new business process and are connected to the old school schmooze methodology of decision making."
