"The culture is not supportive of formally educated staff and is strongly biased against degreed people. As a result, many processes have been developed by plant lore and legend."

"Owners of the company did not have a clear vision of what they wanted to do with the company. During the merger, they spent money needlessly and foolishly."

"Too late now, they closed their domestic operations and put 1000's of people out of work."

"The owner is one of the rudest self-centered people I have ever met. His son worked for us for a short period of time and was left in tears on several occasions."
