"The CEO was disrespectful to employees, traveling most months out of state took me away from loved ones, and when on location, the hours were very long"

"I was hired to clean up a scrap chemical plant yard that was not worked for years. I cleaned and sold 20 loads of non ferrous and ferrous metals a week. Job completed in11 months"

"I have 35 + years experience running and managing scrap metal facilities, and acquiring new accounts."

"The company would not pay their bills to the chemical company we were contracted for. They filed bankruptcy instead of paying them."

"Oversee all employees, instruct on proper segregating, preparing for shipment, motivate"

"What I enjoyed the most was the amount of confidence they had in my work. This allowed me a lot of freedom to completely operate all facilities on my own."

"The fact that all work is contracted out, and you do not really have control over whether or not your company retains the contract."

"Be cautious when setting up smaller contracts. As to make sure within a territory, if you loose one the person who grew the territory can remain in the position."

"Line staffers (clinicians) would likely do well; especially newly grads. Professional managers are not likely to last very long. in the large regional offices."

"Entrenched upper management with nepotism and highly political organization. Resistance to change. There is no culture of real accountability or performance."

"Management and leadership training but a change in the board of directors would likely be the key to real change."

"It was a unique experience watching a practice go through a major expansion process with such atttention to detail regarding the heatlth and wellness of both large and small animals"

"There were instances where animals did need to be euthanized due to their health condition and I never will get used to that in any capacity"

"The daily challenges that are ever changing, the fast pace during the season, and then crunching numbers off peak to still stay profitable."
