"Dictatorial management style, factional competition between departments and regional offices for power."

"There isn't anything I can about Wachovia as I left when First Union changed their name."

"My previous manager here was not a people person. He did not converse with anyone that worked for him except his immediate direct reports."

"The company had great pay and benefits. The market they are in is growing and changing."

"Make sure you focus on what your plans are and how you can make the company grow. Focus on process."
What don't you like about working at Cornerstone Marketing?
"For a company that is supposed to be small and nimble it takes forever to get things done. There is a lot of getting approvals from people that are not involved in a process."

"There is a lack of communication of the vision of the company. There is also a lack of delegation to empower employees. The leaders think they are communicating vision but it is never clear."

"construction, but Not much, as the company is NOW closed."

"No, Not the companies fault for closing, it was the market and closing customers."

"The market making a right turn and customers not paying their contracts and change orders, made me not very happy."

"The drivers, office employees, and yard staff were all great to work with. All were very cooperative and worked together for the good of the company"

"There are other garbage companies out there that are much better to work for."

"The vice president was very over bearing and would give an employee an assignment, and then perform it himself."

"You must not be so overbearing and learn to trust your employees work ethic"

"I dislike 14-16 hour work days and double shifts. At times I was called in while on vacation."

"In the beginning not having a good Human Resources Dept. But as the time went by they hire a Human Director that really help us on training the personnel about Harassment programs"

"To continue training employees in all job categories i.e. HACCP USDA"

"If the company is still in existence make sure you work only with a signed contract"

"The company owner had died and a very inexperienced relative had control and the business was failing"

"To be more honest in your approach when hiring new management and learn at least basic Business Management and Accounting"
