"They look for young individuals that went and graduated from a good name recognition college. They want someone that has the ability to dedicate themselves to the company. If you are willing to sacrifice your social life, then you will be rewarded in the end."

What don't you like about working at Cintas?

"They expected too much of your time (personal). The pay was very low for the cost of living in the area I was living in at the time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Lower employee expectations and increase incentives, then you would have a fair platform for all workers to make a fair dollar for all the hard work they put in."

"I was limited in regards to career advancement as my position was created specifically for me and there was not another position to 'move up to'."

"None that I can think of, other then to possibly work more closely with individual employees in order to provide them with a clear career path should the want to advance within the company."
