"That they create rules and guidelines and stick by it. They need to not have favorites, as it creates inter office issues."

"I really enjoyed working with my boss one on one - intersting and very nice man. I had a pleasant work environment and was allowed to 'do my thing' without being micro-managed. My favorite boss ever!"

"Unfortunately, the company was going through some extreme financial difficulties and had let go 100 of our 130 employees. Also, the benfits package that had been promised to me prior to hire suddenly disappeared and were never offered."

"Need to do a little work in the HR area. Other than that, I really enjoyed working with the CEO, Bill Buchalter."

"If you have to choose an owner to report to, choose Corey Brixen. But also ask specifically what, if any, power Son or Lien have over you. I would recommend getting that in writing before accepting the job."

"They are on a Novell network, use Windows 95/98, and have one leader who has no interest in knowing or following Ca Labor Laws. At times they expect too much from their employees (OT work without pay, lots of stress)."

"Follow California Labor Law and don't allow the owner's wife to run the business."
