"Due to my length of time with the company I was very familiar with it's processes and therefor able to perform my job duties efficiently. I thoroughly enjoyed the day to day details of my position, the working environment, and my co-workers."

"It is important to be able to be flexible as many departments intermix and support each other."

"I was limited in regards to career advancement as my position was created specifically for me and there was not another position to 'move up to'."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None that I can think of, other then to possibly work more closely with individual employees in order to provide them with a clear career path should the want to advance within the company."
