"I worked for Ingersoll Rand the Industrial Division, not Hussman. I loved the challenges each day to provide customer satisfaction. It felt great to complete missions and make goals."

"Brush up on engineering skills, must know the new systems, Sieble and Oracle."

"Ingersoll Rand had great turn over with in management, in a 5 year period I had 3 different managers."

"I would perfer corporate to allow the managers more time to develope, rather than giving them a year or two to grow and succeed."
