What do you like about working at Office Depot?

"Office Depot was a great place to work. Unlike companies I worked for in the past they had a great training program. They did yearly reviews and gave you a structured plan of improvement. They had great processes throughout the operation."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Great place to work."

What don't you like about working at Office Depot?

"We went through two to three complete remodels a year. This would take you out of your home store for up to two months to reset the entire market and was always overnight work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create a remodel team to handle major markets. As many remodels that need to take place to keep up with the changing demands this would pay for itself."
