"No defined vision, deception towards customers and employees. Diminishing benefits and very poor starting pay. Poor product quality and employees are overburdened with tasks. Few resources to correctly assist customers and inconsistent policies . Nearly impossible to complete goals for bonus."

"Better wages for new hires to attract talent, better quality products, more staff, more defined vision, consistent policies, better observation and accountability of senior management, better focus on the customer experience and less on pushing unneeded items."

"Not much... we did have a good Nascar driver. At least I got to leave on my own terms."

"No empathy for the employees or workers. It wasn't my idea of a career. Working on large public projects that would net us zero commission."

"Stop letting Staples kick your butt and fix the delivery issues. This is the only thing that my customer complained about."

"The amount of hours that needed to be worked. We were always short on employees."

"Increase the pay for employees and ensure they get 2 days in a row off at least every other week. Hire more FT employees to promote dedication to the company."
