"The training for the department was a little unorganized. the company should come up with ways to make training easy to understand."

"The company today is lacking a direction that is communicated. It seems that many departments are in survival mode with what they know best but I am not sure that is the same direction the executive leadership is moving."

"They should communicate their long term goals for the company and present a strategic direction as to how they are going to get there. They should develop a better approach to listen to their employees. Additionally the company should work to bring all groups together and establish a unified approach to the business."

"Over the years benefits have decreased, while the workload has increased. No pay increases for four of the last five years."

"Listen to your base. We are in the field and hear what our customers want. Change will have to come from the base, not from the top. Most execs are completely out of touch with reality."

"Too many conflicting directives coming from different layers of the company and I hate the corporate politics and lack of transparency."

"There is a cancer that exists and it tears down any respect or drive to stay with the company. It may be the market, it may be the business atmosphere, it's just business or maybe the new generations such as my gen can't and have no desire to connect to a big corp."
