"What I enjoyed most was the people I worked with and overall vision EVERYONE shared. Regardless if you were in engineering, accounting, procurement or admin, we all shared the same passion and goal, which made coming into work that much greater."

"Be yourself, be honest and forthcoming about what you can and cannot do."
What don't you like about working at The Spaceship Co.?
"There isn't one thing I could say I didn't like. I was unfortunately laid off due to budget cutbacks, so my not working there definitely wasn't due to my own accord."

"To definitely continue what they're doing. They appreciate everybody there and give back to the employees as well as community, which to me, is awesome!"

"Friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed my duties. I especially appreciated that they paid for my public transporton to travel to and from work."

"Be yourself. Be aggressive. Be sincere. Office is small but friendly."

"No growth opportunity. Communication between the senior management and the rest of the staff was not good."

"When I first worked for this company it was a great place and very productive. Small office and everyone was very close and taken care of. Good benefits, good retirement, great atmosphere. I worked my way up the ladder and enjoyed my job. I was very happy until it all changed."

"What once was is no more. Proceed with caution Corporate office is evil."
What don't you like about working at TranSystems?
"When Corporate started taking control..the branding and such... it quickly went downhill and everything changed. I got a new boss and after turning down his advances I was told my career was over with. I was let go with several others not long after that with no severence, health, and my retirement accounts liquidated."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The ones that were my bosses at the time have since relocated or been laid off except for the pervert who is still there."
