"Celebrate all of your employees, not just the male fieid employees. Improve, reinvent and deploy modern administrative systems and decentralize."

"What I liked about working at Martin Brothers was how my boss the Office Manager she was a great and wonderful person to work with she would reward you when you did something right and or good. And if you did something wrong or incorrect she would walk you through it and not knock you for it. But then she left..."

"After the Office Manager left there was lack of communication owner never around to assist with things. No recognition, and no help to answer question if I had them."

"Recognize your employee's once in a while, try to talk to them about their job and how it is going. Don't be so not understanding."

"Loved the company. HQ in San Diego meant two trips out there annually for meetings and get-togethers."

"The market turned and our office got closed. Felt it was a poor decision."

"Keep the branch offices operating for better customer service."

"It is a very team-oriented environment. I especially like that management is very open-minded, supportive, and helpful in guiding any inquiries or needs. There is also a very autonomous business structure, problems get discussed and resolved quite efficiently."

"Be communicative and concrete, they like positive and go-getter attitudes because a lot of the job functions are intertwined, therefore, require good communication to help it function effectively."
What don't you like about working at BTL Machine?
"The only thing that disappoints me is that they don't have a marketing department, which is where my passion lies."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Although I do enjoy the autonomy of the organization structure, I sometimes see the flaw in it as well. Some employees slack off and take advantage of this autonomous structure. For example, like taking longer breaks than they should be. If it could be more refined, a good mix of control would help motivate workers to work more and prevent them from taking advantage of the company's profitable-and-valuable time."
