Sales Representative

What do you like about working at Nissan Motor?

"The location."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Pay the money for the training course and get a new job selling cars as an apprentice. Become a certified auto sales representative with a certificate."

What don't you like about working at Nissan Motor?

"I got punch in the head by another car sales person so I took a walk because management reprimanded me not him. Unsafe work environment and you could crash in a car on a test drive just like giving driving instructions. The person who hit me was also responsible for many scratched and dented cars that I tried to sell to customers who saw the damage and walked. The management stiff most of the apprentices and did not keep their side of the deal. But drove the new cars and put high mileage on the cars up to five thousand miles and put them back on the lot. Desk managers only cared about themselves and then jumped ship when offered a better job. One went to Ford, the other another shop once he learned how to use a computer. So high management and sales turnover. The advertising was off and did not bring in the customers. Cars parked under the pre-certified cars and sold that way were not inspected nore did they pass any point test. The cars were just proped there after being purchased from an auto auction."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Burn em turn em over. It is just auto sales right. Good luck."

Automotive Sales Associate

"Selling cars is the worst. It is nothing but slave labor and they don't pay good either. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to work at any car dealer because all are the same."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"don't do it."

What don't you like about working at Nissan Motor?

What suggestions do you have for management?

"get rid of the OCD control freaks in management - they stifle individual and corporate creativity and growth. They can be brilliant BUT they are incapable of managing PEOPLE - people are NOT the most important RESOURCE, they are the life blood of any organization; resources are consumed in the production."

"The company overall is a good fit for those who want to experience a real call center environment. It’s fast-paced and helps you learn to think on your feet. However, the focus on “adherence” and seemingly excessive regulations imposed on each employee is somewhat of a drain on the working environment."

"NTCNA-Az isn't bad when considering it as a separate entity. The corporation culture is horrible. There is a lack of foresight, a lack of professionalism, lack of responsibility/accountability. Upper management causes problems and those on the bottom scramble. Employees are clearly not a priority."
