"The people I worked WITH. Some of these people were managers, some peers but whatever their standing in the company they understood that others are an important part of the process."

"The people I worked FOR. Those who think that everyone else is a tool to be used to advance their careers or their standing in the company. Also, micro-managers, organizational silos, and feudal practices.This is an extraordinarily inefficient and ineffective organization."

"get rid of the OCD control freaks in management - they stifle individual and corporate creativity and growth.They can be brilliant BUT they are incapable of managing PEOPLE - people are NOT the most important RESOURCE, they are the life blood of any organization; resources are consumed in the production."

"My brother and I operated a contracting business. He was knowledge guy and I was the guy getting work for the most part."

"The company allowed me to run my department the way I needed it to be ran with very little oversight."
