"The management is driven solely by the bottom line now, when in the past they were much more employee friendly and had a lot of events that made you feel like you were part of a family."

"Stop lieing and keeping secrets from the employees. They can tell you're not telling them everything they need to know."

"Corp BS, job security is minimal due to constant threats regarding production. No protection from supervisors. Most management is more worried about protecting their jobs only."

"Short sighted action taking the long view. Cutting people with solid skills, in order to bring in higher level management resources that produce less. Outsourcing in order to save revenue but losing quality in process."

"Realize that you can only cut so deep before the blood stops running. Nielsen used to be a great company to work for, now it's become a place where there is little to no camaraderie, everyone fears the next re-org and fewer people are happy in their jobs."
