"Don't... unless you have stable income from another source."

What don't you like about working at New York Life?

"No balance of family and work life, lack of mentors assigned to each agent, lack of leads, charges for services not required in remote working environments which negatively affect the agents ledger chargebacks are completely unfair; new agents should not be held liable for a customer's decision not to keep the policy. etc...."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Retention; retention; retention."

"Be sure to learn about the variety of audit engagements you would be expected to work on."

"Travel schedule was too aggressive. Spent more time travelling all over North America and not at home with my wife and newborn child."

"Spread the travel requirements around among more of the Audit Staff instead of leaving it all on a select few."

"Generally speaking I would have loved to have this job permanently, but it was only a temp position as I know I was moving out of state, so this position was good while it lasted, loved working with those employees, they were all positive employees and very caring, that was a dept that dealt with compensation and oh! they were on point to make sure their clients are satisfied on a weekly basis, not to mention approving medication and all, they were a caring group of people."

"What I did not like about working at New York State Insurance is to see people who really need the help sometimes suffer because of unfair people who tried to cheat the system."
