"I don't feel like there is much opportunity for me to grow at New York Life. I am looking for a company in the Marketing/Advertising industry that is strong and stable, one that I can build a future with. At New York Life, I feel as if my potential is very limited, and my true colors are not able to shine."

"If I were part of the Management team at New York Life, I would change the procedures of some day-to-day operations that are not executed very efficiently as they are currently."
