"Travel schedule was too aggressive. Spent more time travelling all over North America and not at home with my wife and newborn child."

"The requirement to meet sales quota in one product type instead of a blended product sale goal minimum. Can not focus sales as clienteles needs dictate."

"Offer two or three main programs for contracted agents so their focus will be good for their business."

"Be ready to starve for at least the first year or two. You will think about going on welfare before you really start making money but then it is OK. The flexibility in hours works well for families (you can actually make it to the school meeting with your wife)."
