"I've worked for New York Life Insurance Company for about a year. All this time I've found it to be a company who cares about their people, communities, built relationships (friends, family, business), also it is a strong company it has been around since 1845 (more than 170 years)."

"I’ve worked for New York Life for over 11 years. As a mutual (not publicly traded) company, the leadership team can make decisions for the long term (we’ve been around for almost 175 years) and for our policy holders and is driven by the goal of being there for our clients when they need us most."

"I worked with New York Life for about 6 months. Not to say anything bad, it was just not a good cultural fit. Prior to that, I was in a family-owned business for over 40 years, functioning as the owner, general manager, controller, or whatever needed to be done."

"I worked for NYL for 3 years from 2016 to 2019 including my internship in the summer of 2015. The company's rotational program is great for anyone who wants to get exposure to different areas of a large corporation. The leaders of the program do their best to hear out the associates and try their best to tailor their career path in the way which the associate prefers."
