"Some were micro managers. You get paid an allowance in addition to commission - but you do not collect that allowance UNLESS you have a certain amount of money in commissions. Some make it sound easier than it is. They tell you you are a financial professional when you are in fact, an insurance salesman."

"It depends on who is your manager. Some are very good - some are more difficult."
