What do you like about working at Canon?
"I enjoy the work I do there. Network engineer is a fun and challenging occupation. I especially enjoy working with the VMware environment."
What don't you like about working at Canon?
"Lots expected from you with very little compensation. Late hours, weeknights, weekends, but little flex time."

"A lot of the people are nice to work with. Also I like the ability that they provide ua free soda and we have the flexibility with our work schedule for appointments , etc"

"Don't bother as they want to send everthing to Manilla in the Philippines and it would be a waste of your time."
What don't you like about working at SeaChange?
"Senior Management has there own agenda and that if you don't fit there plans or are on board with the fact that they want to send everything oversees they will let you go without warning and not give you a decendent severance package."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Wake up and start realizing that you aren't the small company you once were and that you need to change corporate policy for a company that has grown."
