"I've worked at L-3 for 9 months and can already see why their retention rate for Network Engineers is nothing short of abysmal. The previous set of Engineers were all criminally underpaid and management ignored their complaints about the environment. I would not recommend working at L-3 to anyone."

"I started with a cmall company called Sencom supporting USSPACE. Then Sencom was purchased by Titan Corporation in 2001. After that L3 Purchased Titan creating L3/Titan in CoSprings. My coworkers were great. Management was average. Pay was average, however our desks were located in a loud server room and there was no money for training on new technologies we were expected to support and no upward mobility. However that was working on a contract for the US DOD. This view may not reflect company values as we were supporting a DOD contract and had little interactions with company sponsors. Other friends I know work for L3 and are pleased with the company, the pay, and the upward mobility within their jobs."
