"Very Poor Management at ITT"
What do you like about working at ITT Corp.?
"It was on the mall in Washington DC. Everything was in walking distance. Taking the Metro to work was great."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The interview process was pretty cut and dry. Very easy. I think it was the only time I met the manager."
What don't you like about working at ITT Corp.?
"Management was terrible. My manager was never available through email, telephone or in person. He forgot about who was working for him. He had 19 people under him when I started, I was the 15th person to leave. High turnover rate."

"Pay attention to your employees."

"I really enjoyed the guys that I managed. I enjoyed the teaching aspect for them. I was able to provide so very useful information that they are using today."

"IT is what runs the company not just the warehouse. Let IT do what it does best and the rest will fall into place."
