"Wages were low and absolutely now bonus structure. Multiple hats worn without compensation or room for advancement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to look at the advancement of how the business is run from a technical standpoint. Using an outdated Unix interface for the meat and potatoes of the operation is its major flaw. Using an SAP or Oracle based app would give the company major expansion capabilities as well as an edge on the competition."
