"My particular manager micro-managed and thus made the team feel uneasy."

"If the employee is doing their work there is no need to keep an eye on them. Only give guidance to the employees that need it."

"I disliked the union vs management mentality. I disliked working with union employees because they had an entitlement attitude and would do the least amount of work."

"Modernize the workforce by removing the unions. They are unproductive."

"Less growth opportunity. My skill set is not completely utilized here."
