"actually it was really great to work there and there was nothing not good, while the job hours sometimes pass the over time for long period which it should not to."

"I had a lot like automated the daily, weekly, monthly report using SQL servers and we were working on it."

"The organization is very stable, and those of us in the IT department were compensated well. there was also lots lots of travel opportunities."

"Be yourself, know the subject matter, and not just the buzz words, as the manager is familiar with the work required and can spot those that fake the experience. Have a sense of humor, be personable."

"In the IT Department, there is a lack of opportunity to advance to higher levels, or obtain management experience."

"Restructure IT department to allow for more growth and advancement opportunities."

"I love the challenge of having to get things done with very little available. It can be frustrating but it feels great when it is completed."

"The fact that we dont have many options in terms of resources. We don't have many written policies in the IT dept, which causes us to find ourselves in many compromising situations."
