"Could have been a little more organized. A very small company so work loads were sometime overwhelming."

"Expect to be micro managed. Expect a salary that I consider below what I should be making because of the length of time I've been in this industry."

"Hate being micro managed. I know what I need to do. If I make a mistake, I'll ask for your assistance. I want to be in control and being micro managed clashes with that."

"Stop micro managing me. I know what needs to be done and when and how. I've paid my dues and have done this long enough to know what needs to happen. Let me do things my way."

"The employees not in upper management. Easy to stand out as a top performer."

"Don't believe most of what you are told about the work enviornment or tools."

"Upper management will not trust producers. Every project takes 5 to 10 justification and rejustification even if it is in the budget and the solution comes in under budget."

"The coperate culture fosters lack of trust and this comes from the top down."

"Too many lower level managers that are unnecessary and not experienced."

"Get rid of self serving managers that do not support their teams, and identify them by polling the eployees"
