"They hire you for one job and expect that you perform multiple full time duties during your 8 hour shift or after hours as required, if you are salary you get very small compensation for this second or third job."

"Non Management staff below the level of TSA are great people to work with, the TSA's have been there for too long and do not try to make any real improvements."

"Do not ever say you can do something more than what you are interviewing for, they will come to expect it at no additional compensation to you."

"Become inspirational, ask your employee's to go the extra mile, and lastly to fairly compensate for the work you are requesting."

"The contract I was on didn't provide a good working environment. Too noisy and limited work space. Very uncomfortable."
