"I disliked the little support received from upper management and little communication between staff and upper management in the operations world."

"I hope you know someone high up in the hierarchy because thats probably the only way you are getting in or moving up. The salary is not up to standards to other school districts."

"The good ol' boy system that is in place that hinders true, derserving people from moving up"

"Actually take out the good ol' boy system when hiring for different positions"

"I enjoy new clients and new projects, but have a hard time with the lack of communication about how these will affect my job."

"If you like micromanagement or want to slack off, try it out at SageNet, because hard workers find it tedious to clean up after the messes of people like you and will want to move on quickly."
What don't you like about working at SageNet?
"The boss lets things go that shouldn't be let go and micromanages things that shouldn't be micromanaged. He's completely clueless about what's going on on a daily basis until it's too late to fix it or do it right."

"Invest in employee training and career development. Listen to employee ideas and be open-minded about change. I'd open up the floodgates of communication about projects and careers."

"There was a nice work culture and support there for me. The people were helpful."

"Great company if you are just looking for a stable company and you don't feel the need to grow."

"The opportunity to grow was not there. I felt like I would have been stuck at that position for a while and some workers actually advised me to not work so hard I did not like that."
