"The interview for Roehl took about 3.5 hours and focused a lot on technologies as well as customer support. Company is very picky about who they hire and will take months and interview multiple people before choosing a candidate to offer the position."

"The reward was not that much enough. It was not fair to leave in such a high inflation and not raising the same."
