"Provide a stronger management system of company, better benefits and pay scale."

"They are working with a wide variety of new technologies, and it's pretty quiet over there most of the time."
What don't you like about working at ProClaim?
"Very small budget, and next to no planning, and one is expected to do miracles using some of the cheapest hardware that has ever been produced."

"Spend a little more money for better hardware in the beginning, so that time is not wasted later on by trying to solve problems that wouldn't exist if better hardware were being used."

"I really like the company. I would still be there if the plant had not closed."

"Be willing to work long hours and some weekends and overtime"

"The closure of the plant. The pay compensation could have been better."

"Rely more on the employee's work experience verse the amount of education level"

"The Atmosphere was encouraging, the people where great to work for even the general Manager took time to spend time with you the employee, and of course the benefits were really good, they were a self insured company."

"Be punctual and keep up with all you do, and make sure you do what you were hired for. If you have a question please ask it. these people will be you allies if you only give them a chance."
What don't you like about working at Yadtel Group?
"The lack of communications between the departs seemed always to be a hinderence to the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest better communications between the departments and that additional people from the outside need to be hired to continue to sell their products as well as getting some folks from the outside and inside the company need to help in brain storming future products."

"I like the office building. It contains a gym, and the company offers free beverages including coffee."

"Be prepared and on time, and read the biography of the company."

"Burger King is unstable. The views of the new owner are completely different from the previous owner."

"Provide more resources in order to complete most projects on time."

"It is a very nice, small, and quite community. The company feel family oriented."

"My tips for others interviewing with this company is to compare salaries and benefits with other companies because the area is small and it is a long commute of Norfolk, VA."

"I dislike the inability for advancement in my current department."

"My suggestions would be to have more opportunities for the employees to advance in their career if not their salary."

"My own office, freedom to own the space I work in. Fairly autonomous work practices."

"Get everything they promise in writing regarding salary. Too many colleagues have reported feeling like the victims of a bait and switch in regards to career path/growth opportunities."

"Extremely limited growth potential, my department being managed by an unrelated manager."

"Focusing only on our successes is akin to selling ourselves short. Understanding our failures and shortcomings will yield far greater dividends in the future."

"It is a stree free casual workplace where management will allow their employees to work at a comfortable pace."

"Nothing really to say here. They have downsized which is somewhat dissappointing."
