The only goal is to not miss a truck so every day tasks really only involve putting out fires so a truck is not missed.Lack of IT management has left the MIS dept neglected for years, and a lack of a Executive CIO makes getting anything you need impossible. Working for a Japanese parent company limits your influence since they put no value in IT. The entire company is about 10 years behind where they should be according to their size."

"Unfortunately, there is not anything that I like about the company. They did have very good health insurance but that has changed since 2013."

"Ask the hard questions of the hiring manager also ask about the moral of the employees in general. Also you may want to ask to talk to other in the department you are interviewing for and get the story from the 'grunts'."

"24/7 on-call, lack of experience management. Lack of advancement. Lack of modern technologies. High turn over"

"Sr. Management needs to replace other managers that can not perform. They have issue with communication between departments."

"There are issues with the way the place is ran. It could be a managed much better."

"Management doesn't take suggestion! I personaly made several seggestion about money saveing ideas. But since I wasn't management they didn't want to hear them."
