"Too much travel and it made it difficult to get things done while I was home. A lack of consistency."

"I felt that my management did they best they could with the tools they were given. I have no direction for them"

"It is a job with benefits. Most of the good that may come of it depends on the people you work with."

"Client control of design projects. We often are ham-stringed by the client wanting to jam as much information into a given area as possible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get the creatives in a better environment. The place we work in has no windows and is a sea of cubicles."

"I have worked for NCI Information Systems for 3 years. They are a government contracting company, so much of the control of work and environment is outside their control. Compensation is below current market standards."

"Supervisors don't like input. It is best to keep your eyes on your computer while at work. Coworkers are like crabs in a barrel, running to the supervisor to tell any of your business that might help them advance in their supervisor's eyes, because it is nearly impossible to move up at this company.
