"Client control of design projects. We often are ham-stringed by the client wanting to jam as much information into a given area as possible."

"Get the creatives in a better environment. The place we work in has no windows and is a sea of cubicles."

"Supervisors don't like input. It is best to keep your eyes on your computer while at work. Coworkers are like crabs in a barrel, running to the supervisor to tell any of your business that might help them advance in their supervisor's eyes, because it is nearly impossible to move up at this company.
