"NCI is a subcontractor to SRA for a support contract at GAO. They have been an OK company to work for. Nothing to complain about."

"Company is always struggling to get new work so every quarter or so you are on the bubble not knowing if they will have you go on Leave Without Pay or give you a pink slip. They have their favorite managers who are kept and moved up even though they have better Project Directors and Project Managers in the teams. They hire back those who are the drinking buddies or wear the $600 suits. The company has steadily been going down hill over the years. Most keep quite so they can keep employed."
